HOW TO MAKE YOUR BIBLE COME ALIVE!
(PRAY BEFORE READING YOUR BIBLE--ALWAYS) DEAR FATHER, I confess that I cannot understand your WORD with human reasoning; and I won’t even try. Give me the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation in the knowledge of Christ that I may know Him more intimately. (Eph. 1:17,18A) Thank you Father, for the gift of the Holy Spirit. Thank your for making Him right now to be my teacher and guide into all Truth. (John 16:13-15) Blessed Spirit of God, open the eyes of my heart as I read that I may "see" Christ, fellowship with Him, and fall more in love with Him. Give me "ears to hear" what you, the blessed Holy Spirit, have to say. (Psalms 119:18; 40:6) Make the WRITTEN WORD become a LIVING WORD and write it on the tables of my heart. (IICor. 3:3) Wash me with the water of the Word. (Eph. 5:25 -27) Form Christ in me as you fill my heart, mind and soul with the Word of God. Fill me with the Fullness of Christ and thy blessed self. (Gal. 4:19; II Cor. 3:18; Eph. 3:16-19; Eph. 4:11-13) Work "Death" in me! Make to die the doings of the flesh. Make to die the wicked desires of this old sinful flesh as well, so I may know more and more each day what it is to "walk in the Spirit" and not fulfill the lusts of the flesh. TO HAVE POWER IN YOUR LIFE
ROMANS 6:13b "...yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God."
PRAY SEVERAL TIMES DAILY
"Blessed Spirit of God, I yield this body and all its members completely to YOU. Please use it to Glorify God.
I give you my hands, my feet; my arms, my legs; my eyes, my ears; my lips, my tongue; my head, my brain. I give you the parts of this body that are seen, as well as, the parts that are not seen. I give you the very hairs on my head.
Thank You, Spirit of God, that this body is ACCEPTABLE because it is a "LIVING SACRIFICE and HOLY’, through Christ, and my ONENESS with Him in His Death, Burial, and Resurrection. (Rom. 12:1,2)
Dear Friend within, as you have raised Christ from the dead, QUICKEN this mortal body that now belongs to you, that through it You might :GLORIFY the FATHER and the SON’ for me. (ROM. 8:11)

TO HAVE REVIVAL IN AMERICA
II Chronicles 7:14 "IF my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn form their wicked ways; THEN will I hear from Heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."
PRAY OFTEN DAILY
"Dear Father in Heaven, I humble myself in your sight, DESERVING NOTHING, to confess and forsake my sins. Have mercy on me `For Jesus' Sake' and cleanse me by the Blood.
Send `Revival to America', Send the Holy Spirit to our fundamental churches, including mine. Anoint Preachers and people who still love and obey you, with the Holy Ghost and POWER. Make `Flaming Witnesses' of us all.
Cause your `FIRE' to fall on our churches. May it spread through our communities, engulfing whole towns, cities, counties and states, so you might be glorified; Christ be exalted and known as the ONLY SAVIOR; and the blessed Holy Spirit recognized and honored. REVIVE YOUR PEOPLE NOW!

TO KNOW THE HOLY SPIRIT
LUKE 11:13b "...how much more shall your Heavenly Father GIVE THE HOLY SPIRIT to them that ASK (and keep on asking!) Him?"
PRAY FERVENTLY OFTEN
"Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you that the Spirit of God lives within me. ( Rom. 8:9 ) `Fill' me with the Holy Spirit, that I may be obedient to Your Word, and that you may be Glorified through me. ( Eph.5:18-20 )
Blessed Spirit of God, Search me and try me. Show me ANYTHING that dishonors God or GRIEVES YOU in the smallest way, so I can confess and forsake it! ( Psa. 139:23,24 )
Father, I ask, and will keep asking, until you fill me! I know you HEAR me, because this is your will for me. ( 1 John 5:14, 15 ) I wait before you, DESERVING NOTHING, asking in Jesus' name and for Jesus' sake. Fill me with the Holy Spirit and power, for your Glory alone. ( Isa. 40:29-31, 41:1 ) and, by your grace, I will keep coming back to ask, until you `Fill' me.

TO KNOW CHRIST IN YOU

"Dear Heavenly Father, I confess that it is a SIN to have a TEMPER (Name ANY SIN!) Forgive and cleanse me of this sin against you, by the Blood of Christ Jesus.
Thank You for making Christ to be EVERYTHING I need. (Rom. 8:32; I Cor 1:30)
Dear Lord Jesus, I confess that I have a wicked Temper and cannot control it! Thank You for being ALL I NEED, and for living in me. Be my Patience, my Self-Control, my ‘Sweet Temper’ right now. I will not TRY to control it, but will TRUST YOU to control it for me.
Thank you, in advance for doing it for me."

Overcoming Sin
TO DO THE FATHER’S WILL
PHILIPPIANS 2:13 "For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure."
PRAY MORNING AND NIGHT
"Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you that you are the one who works in us both to will and to do of YOUR good pleasure.
Continue to work Your will in me and then perform it for me through Christ, by the Holy Spirit, until it is truly `not my will...but Thine being done’.
With all my heart, I want YOUR will to be my will, so that you might be glorified; that Christ be exalted and seen in me; and the Blessed Spirit of God be recognized and honored by His working for us.
Thank You in advance, for making it possible to know and do Your will."
